If we're talkin' about scruff and 'staches, it must be Movember. This annual campaign comes on the heels of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October to encourage men to grow a mustache in honor of focusing on their own health concerns. It ultimately serves to bring attention to male cancers, such as prostate and testicular, and reduce the number of preventable deaths through early detection. 

For women, mustaches, goatees and beards seem to speak to them in ways that a clean shaven face doesn't. Many feel that men who sport facial hair have increased maturity levels and tend to be better romantic partners. In fact, one study recently revealed that 80% of female respondents said a mustache can make a man look more fun, generous, rugged and outdoorsy.
